Barbarian character revealed himself

Can you define what is a barbarian? Yes they have the same features but in Diablo 3 Game, the new barbarian is much more barbaric even without his weapon held with him. Much more likely the old barbarian but now with white long hairs, fully build body and fully armored with iron plates and braces. I wish I could show your more of barbarians' weapons.
